By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Vodka, Refined flour (maida) Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Vodka Cupcakes ? cup Vodka 1¼ cups Refined flour (maida) 1½ teaspoons Baking powder ½ teaspoon Salt ½ cup Butter ¾ cup Castor sugar (caster sugar) 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence 1 Egg 1 Egg white ½ cup Milk Method Preheat oven to 180° C. Place silicon cupcake moulds on a baking tray and line them with paper cases. Sieve flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Cream together butter and castor sugar in another bowl with an electric beater. Add vanilla essence and whisk well. Break 1 egg into the bowl and whisk. Add egg white and whisk. Add vodka and whisk well. Add flour mixture and fold in well. Add milk and mix well into a smooth batter. Fill a piping bag with this batter and pipe it out into the lined silicon cupcake moulds filling ¾ of it. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
