This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Ladyfinger, Yogurt Cuisine Chettinad Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Vendakkai Mor Thalippu 200 grams Ladyfinger 2 cups Yogurt 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Rice flour 2-3 tablespoons Oil 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds (methi dana) 2-3 Dried red chillies 1 medium Onion sliced 6-8 Curry leaves 2 Green chillies slit to taste Salt Method Whip yogurt with turmeric powder and rice flour till smooth. Heat oil in a non stick pan and add mustard seeds. When they splutter, add fenugreek seeds, red chillies, onion, curry leaves and green chillies and sauté. Cut ladyfingers into 2 inch pieces and add and sauté well. Add whipped yogurt and mix well. Add ½ cup little water and salt and mix well. Cover and cook for 2 minutes on low heat.
