Ingredients list for Vegetable Bar-Be-Que

  • 8 small Mixed Vegetables
  • 4 Olive Oil
  • 4 slices Pineapple
  • 1 Red capsicum
  • 1 Yellow capsicum
  • 1 Green capsicum
  • 8 Mushrooms
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • For marinade
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon Marjoram
  • to taste Salt
  • 4 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Black pepper powder

  1. Cut all the vegetables in large chunks. Prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients. Marinate the vegetables in this mixture for at least ½ hour. Skewer them and cook over the grill till nicely browned.
