Veg Pizza The pizza has its base made with dough that has a few grated vegetables kneaded with the flours. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Cauliflower, Carrots Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Veg Pizza ½ cup Cauliflower grated ½ cup Carrots grated ½ cup Green zucchini grated ½ cup Refined flour (maida) ½ cup + for dusting Whole wheat flour (atta) to taste Salt ¼ cup Pesto sauce 12-16 Button mushrooms sliced 2-3 large Fresh red chillies sliced 5-6 Cherry tomatoes halved 25 grams Mozzarella cheese Method Preheat oven to 200º C. Mix refined flour, wheat flour, cauliflower, carrots, zucchini and salt in a bowl. Add sufficient water and knead into a soft dough. Dust the worktop with some flour. Place the dough on it and roll out into a thin square sheet. Place it on a baking tray and spread pesto evenly on it. Top with mushrooms, red chillies and cherry tomatoes. Grate cheese on top, place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
