By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Jun 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients soya mince, Carrot Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Veg Peshawari Kababs 1 cup soya mince soaked for 1 hour 1 cup Carrot thickly grated 1 medium Green capsicum finely chopped 2 medium Onions finely chopped 3 teaspoons Ginger-garlic paste to taste Salt 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala powder 2 tablespoons Hung yogurt 4 tablespoons Cornflour/ corn starch 2 teaspoons Chole masala 1/2 cup Bread crumbs to shallow fry Oil Method Advertisment Squeeze out the water from the soya mince and place in a bowl. Add carrot, capsicum, onions, ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, hung yogurt, cornflour, chole masala and breadcrumbs and mix well. Divide the mixture into eight equal portions and shape them into kababs. Heat oil in a shallow non-stick pan and place the prepared kababs. Cook on medium heat, turning sides, till both the sides are equally golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
