Ingredients for Veg Detox Juice Recipe

  • Apples chilled 2 medium

  • Carrots 8-10 medium

  • Orange segments chilled 12-15

  • Celery 4-5 stalks

  • Ginger peeled 1 inch

  • Fresh parsley sprigs 10-12

  • Beetroot peeled 1/2 medium

  • Juice of ¼ lemon


Step 1

Quarter apples.

Step 2

Pass carrots, orange, celery, apples, ginger, parsley and beetroot through a juicer and collect the juice in a jar.

Step 3

Add lemon juice and mix well.

Step 4

Pour into individual glasses and serve immediately.
