By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Green chillies, Oil Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Pickles, Jams and Chutneys Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Varadhi Thetcha 20-25 Green chillies 2 tablespoons Oil 12-16 cloves Garlic 1 inch piece Ginger 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 4 tablespoons Vinegar to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Sugar Method Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger and stir-fry briefly. Add whole red chillies and continue stir-frying for half a minute more. Remove from heat and cool. Grind above mixture with lemon juice, vinegar, salt and sugar into a fine paste. Serve with bhakris.
