Slit brown bread buns horizontally and butter lightly using one tablespoon of butter. Heat one tablespoon of butter, add the green chilli and refined flour and saute for a minute.Add the milk, carrots, green peas, cottage cheese, salt and pepper. Spread the vegetable mixture inside each bun and sprinkle the cheese and grill in a hot oven for eight to ten minutes.
