Ingredients list for Tricolour topping

  • 6 Brown Buns
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Green chilli, chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Refined flour (maida)
  • 5 tablespoons Milk
  • 1/2 cup Carrot, boiled and cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup Green peas, blanched
  • 1/2 cup Paneer (cottage cheese), crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Cheese, grated
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper powder

Method

  1. Prehaet the oven at 200°C. Slit brown bread buns horizontally and butter lightly using one tablespoon of butter.
  2. Heat one tablespoon of butter, add the green chilli and refined flour and saute for a minute.Add the milk, carrots, green peas, cottage cheese, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the vegetable mixture inside each bun and sprinkle the cheese and grill in a hot oven for eight to ten minutes. Serve hot.
