Ingredients for Tomato And Basil Shooter Recipe

  • Tomato juice 1 1/4 cups

  • Ginger juice 2 tablespoons

  • Crushed ice as required

  • Fresh basil leaves to garnish

  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder to taste

  • Lemon wedges 4

Method

Step 1

Combine tomato juice, ginger juice, crushed ice in a bowl.

Step 2

Tear a few basil leaves and add.

Step 3

Mix salt and black pepper powder in a plate.

Step 4

Apply lemon juice to the rims of four short glasses and dip the rims in the salt and pepper powder mixture.

Step 5

Pour in the tomato juice and serve immediately garnished with fresh basil leaves and lemon wedge.
