Add green chillies and sauté till chillies turn golden brown. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, add garlic and sauté till golden brown. Allow to cool. Grind green chillies, garlic, coriander, peanuts to a coarse paste with sufficient water. Heat remaining oil in a non stick pan. Add prepared thecha and sauté for two minutes. Knead jowar flour to soft dough with two cups hot water, one cup cold water and salt. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into balls. Roll each ball in a little dry flour, press lightly and place on a rolling board. Using your fingers, lightly pat it to make a bhakri. Heat a non stick tawa. Gently pat the bhakri between your hands so that any extra flour can be removed and place the bhakri on the tawa. Lightly dampen the surface and turn over so that it does not stick to the tawa. Drizzle a little pure ghee on the top and sides and turn over once more. Cook till light golden on both sides. Serve hot with prepared thecha. #Garlic cloves #Ghee #Ginger #Oil #Peanuts #Salt Subscribe to our Newsletter!
