Add green curry paste, fish sauce, lemon juice and lemon zest, mix well and bring it to a boil. Add mushrooms and spring onion bulbs, mix well, cover and simmer for two minutes. Add chicken and spring onion greens and simmer for two minutes more. Sever hot.
