Ingredients list for Tasty chapati

  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Oil

Method

  1. In a bowl mash rice add whole wheat flour, cumin powder, red chilli powder, chopped coriander leaves, salt, sugar and make a soft dough.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and roll them into chapatis.
  3. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a no stick tawa and cook the chapatis till light brown on both the sides.
  4. Serve hot.
