By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Jul 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Yogurt, Ghee Cuisine Indian Course Beverages Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Tadkewali Chaas 1 cup Yogurt 1 tablespoon Ghee 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 Green chilli finely chopped 4-5 Curry leaves as required Ice cubes 1 teaspoon Coriander powder for garnishing Cumin powder 1 teaspoon + to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Sugar 5-6 + for garnishing Fresh coriander leaves 4-5 + for garnishing Fresh mint leaves for garnishing Boondi Method Pour yogurt into a jar and churn with a mathni. Add ice cubes, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, sugar and two cups of water and churn well. Add coriander leaves and roughly torn mint leaves. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and let them change colour. Add green chilli and curry leaves, pour this tempering into the jar and mix well. Pour chaas into individual glasses, garnish with boondi, cumin powder, coriander leaves and mint leaves. Serve chilled.
