Ingredients list for Striyush

  • 500 grams Strawberries, boiled
  • 100 grams Hung curd
  • to taste Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • 2-3 Saffron (kesar), soaked in milk
  • 1 cup Chilled Milk

Method

  1. Blend the strawberries until smooth. Add this to the hung yogurt and mix well.
  2. Add sugar, green cardamom powder and saffron milk. Mix well adding the milk.
  3. Stir and transfer into a blender. Blend again till smooth. Serve chilled.
