By Sanjeev Kapoor 03 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Strawberries, Whipped cream Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Strawberry and Bourbon Fool 3-4 tables as required Strawberries compote 4 cups Whipped cream ¼ cup bourbon whiskey ½ teaspoon Sea salt 2 tablespoons Lemon juice for garnishing Fresh mint sprigs Method Take whipped cream in a bowl. Add bourbon whiskey and fold in. Add sea salt, lemon juice and 3-4 tablespoons strawberry compote and fold in well. Fill a piping bag with whipped cream mixture. Put some strawberry compote on the side of individual tall glasses and swirl to create a pattern. Pipe in whipped cream mixture and top with some strawberry compote.
