Ingredients for Strawberry Lemon Frozen Yogurt Recipe
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
Lemon rind grated 1 tablespoon
Yogurt whisked 2 cups
Sugar 1/2 cup
Gelatin 2 tablespoons
Sweetened whipped cream 3 tablespoons
Hull strawberries and roughly chop. Place in a non stick pan and add sugar, lemon rind and lemon juice. Mix and cook till soft. Cool. Heat ½ cup water in microwave for 30 seconds. Add gelatin and mix well.
Take yogurt in bowl. Add cooked strawberries and cream and mix well. Add gelatin and whisk well. Freeze till completely set. Scoop and serve chilled.
