Mix bean sprouts, cottage cheese, pineapple and pear in another bowl and chill in a refrigerator for about an hour. Just before serving pour the dressing on top of the sprouts, cottage cheese and fruits. Line a serving platter with the iceberg lettuce leaves, put the salad over them and serve immediately garnished with torn mint leaves.
