Heat butter in a non stick pan and add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute. Add coconut milk, vegetable stock and let it boil for five minutes. Add potatoes, spinach paste, black pepper powder, salt, lemon juice and fresh cream and let it simmer on a low flame for two minutes.
