Spinach leaves (palak)
1 medium bunch
Paneer (cottage cheese)
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Roughly chop onion and spinach and add. Add salt and sauté till all the moisture evaporates.
Transfer into a mixer jar. Roughly chop paneer and add.
Add cream cheese, yogurt and lemon juice and grind to a slightly coarse dip.
Transfer into a bowl and serve at room temperature or chilled.
