Spinach And Tofu Soup A healthy soup made with spinach and tofu By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Feb 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Spinach Leaves, Tofu Cuisine Chinese Course Soups Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Spinach And Tofu Soup 1 (250 gms) Spinach Leaves shredded roughly 100 grams Tofu 1/2 tablespoon Oil 1/2 inch piece Ginger finely chopped 2-3 cloves Garlic finely chopped 4-5 cup Vegetable stock 1/4 teaspoon MSG 1 tablespoon Soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon White pepper powder to taste Salt Method Cut the tofu into quarter inch thick slices and further cut them into one-inch triangles. Heat the oil in a wok or a pan, add the ginger and garlic and stir-fry for half a minute. Stir in the vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Lower the heat, add the tofu pieces, MSG, soy sauce, white pepper powder and salt and simmer for two to three minutes. Add the spinach leaves and continue to cook for a minute, stirring gently.
