By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken breasts, Refined flour (maida) Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Spicy Chicken 200 grams Boneless chicken breasts cut into slices 2 tablespoons Refined flour (maida) 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder ½ teaspoon Cumin powder ½ teaspoon Sichuan seasoning 1 inch Ginger finely chopped 5-6 Garlic cloves chopped to taste Salt + to deep fry Oil 1 tablespoon 3-4 Green chillies sliced 2-3 Spring onions with greens sliced Juice of 1 lemon Method Take chicken slices in a bowl. Add the flour, chilli powder, cumin powder, Sichuan seasoning, ginger, garlic and salt, mix well and set aside to marinatefor ten to fifteen minutes. Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Deep-fry chicken slices till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Heat one tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add green chillies and spring onion bulbs and sauté well. Add the fried chicken and lemon juice and toss well.
