Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large pan; add garlic and sauté till lightly browned. Add parsley, salt and crushed peppercorns. Drain the spaghetti and add to the pan, cook for two to three minutes, stirring gently so that the spaghetti is coated with the garlic and oil.
