Fresh mint leaves
Peel and cut banana into roundels. Hull strawberries.
Put banana and strawberries into smoothie maker. Remove seeds and chop guava and put into the smoothie maker with orange juice. Blend well.
Add salt, torn mint leaves and honey. Blend again. Add ice cubes and blend again till the ice gets crushed. If using lemon juice and sugar, add and blend again.
Pour into individual glasses, garnish with a strawberry and serve chilled.
