Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and asafoetida and sauté till fragrant. Add water chestnuts and mix well. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add red chilli powder, dried mango powder, coriander powder and salt and sauté for a minute. Add green peas, lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Transfer into a serving plate and serve hot.
