By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Jul 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients White sesame seeds, Butter Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Sesame Crisps ½ cup White sesame seeds toasted 2 tablespoons Butter ¼ teaspoon Almonds ¼ teaspoon Cashewnuts ? teaspoon Green cardamom powder 4 tablespoons Honey Method Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with silicon sheet. Grind together the almonds and cashewnuts to a semi-coarse mixture and transfer in a bowl. Add the sesame seeds and cardamom powder, mix well and set aside for five minutes. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add the honey and mix well. Add the sesame mixture and mix well. Divide the prepared sesame mixture into sixteen equal portions and place them on the silicon sheet. Lightly flatten them. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for eight to ten minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Serve or store in an airtight container.
