Ingredients list for Secret Noodles

  • 200 grams Noodles boiled
  • 2 tablespoons Vegeatbles
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic chopped
  • 4 tablespoons French bean strips
  • 4 tablespoons Carrot grated
  • 4 tablespoons Cabbage shredded
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns
  • 3 tablespoons Sweet chilli sauce
  • Few thin strips of green capsicum

Method

  1. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Heat oil in another non-stick pan.
  2. Add garlic to the pan with oil and saute. And beans, carrot and cabbage to the pan with butter and saute.
  3. Add noodles to the garlic and mix well. Add salt and crushed black peppercorns and mix well. Transfer into a serving dish.
  4. When the vegetables are half done, add sweet chilli sauce and mix. Put this on top of the noodles.
  5. Serve hot garnished with a few thin strips of green capsicum.
