Ingredients list for Scrambled Tofu With Mushrooms

  • 2 cups Tofu grated
  • 2 cloves Button Mushrooms sliced
  • 3-4 Baby onions
  • 8-10 Button mushrooms
  • 3-4 Fresh red chillies sliced
  • 2 Green chillies sliced
  • 2 Spring onions sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • to taste Black salt (kala namak)
  • 1 medium Tomato,chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Oil

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, baby onions and sauté for a couple of minutes. Add mushrooms and toss.
  2. Add fresh red chillies, green chillies and continue to Add spring onions with chopped greens and continue to sauté.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and sauté. Add grated tofu, garam masala powder and black salt and mix gently.
  4. Add tomato and coriander leaves and mix. Serve hot with bread or toast.
