By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Jul 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Tofu, Button Mushrooms Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Scrambled Tofu With Mushrooms 2 cups Tofu grated 2 cloves Button Mushrooms sliced 3-4 Baby onions 8-10 Button mushrooms 3-4 Fresh red chillies sliced 2 Green chillies sliced 2 Spring onions sliced 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder to taste Black salt (kala namak) 1 medium Tomato,chopped 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 1/2 tablespoons Oil Method Advertisment Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, baby onions and sauté for a couple of minutes. Add mushrooms and toss. Add fresh red chillies, green chillies and continue to Add spring onions with chopped greens and continue to sauté. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and sauté. Add grated tofu, garam masala powder and black salt and mix gently. Add tomato and coriander leaves and mix. Serve hot with bread or toast.
