Ingredients list for Sabz Bahar Arhar Dal

  • 20 Split Pigeon Pea
  • 1 tablespoon Cauliflower
  • 2 stalks Spring onion greens,chopped
  • 1 Fresh red chilli , cut into flower
  • For marinade
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds (til),toasted
  • 2 teaspoons Brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 inch piece Ginger,grated
  • 12-14 Garlic,chopped
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch Clove powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder (deghi mirch)
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sesame oil (til oil)
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • FOR SAUCE
  • as required Chilli hoisin sauce

Method

  1. Mix all the marinade ingredients in a large bowl and marinate chicken wings in it for fifteen to twenty minutes. Preheat oven to 200°C.
