Ingredients list for Sabudana Pakoras

  • 2 cups Sago
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 3-4 Green chillies
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin seeds
  • to taste Salt
  • to deep fry Oil

Method

  1. Soak sabudana in yogurt for one hour.
  2. Remove stems, wash and finely chop green chillies.
  3. Add chopped green chillies, cumin seeds and salt to taste to the sabudana.
  4. Make small roundels and flatten them slightly.
  5. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry the sabudana roundels till golden.
  6. Drain onto an absorbent paper. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
