By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Jun 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Refined flour (maida), Coconut milk Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Rose Cookies 1/2 kilogram Refined flour (maida) 1 cup Coconut milk 250 grams Rice flour optional 200 grams Sugar 6 Eggs beaten 1/2 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon Baking powder to deep fry Oil Method Combine maida, rice flour, coconut milk, sugar, eggs, salt, vanilla essence and baking powder. Mix well to form a smooth thick batter. Heat sufficient oil in a non stick pan. dip the rose cookie mould in the hot oil and when hot enough, dip it half way into the batter and put it back immediately into the oil. Deep fry the cookies till crisp and separate them from the mould by shaking it lightly. Heat the mould again and repeat the process to make the remaining cookies. Serve.
