Ingredients list for Rawa Bread(pizza style)

  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Semolina (rawa/suji)
  • 4 slices Bread
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 1 medium Green capsicum chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato deseeded & chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

Method

  1. In a large bowl mix together semolina, yogurt, onion, green capsicum, tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder and coriander leaves and mix well. Set aside for five minutes.
  2. Apply the mixture on one side of the bread.Heat oil on a non-stick tawa. Put the bread and cook till done on both sides.Serve hot with tomato sauce.
