By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Advertisment Main Ingredients Yogurt, Cucumbers Cuisine Indian Course Raitas Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Raita 2 cups Yogurt 2 medium Cucumbers peeled 2 Tomatoes 2 medium Onions 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 teaspoon + for garnishing Cumin powder roasted for garnishing Red chilli powder to taste Salt Method Finely chop onions, cucumbers and tomatoes and place in a large bowl. Add salt, cumin powder and yogurt. Mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Transfer raita into a serving bowl. Garnish with cumin powder and red chilli powder.
