By Sanjeev Kapoor 29 Apr 2016 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Advertisment Main Ingredients Rolled oats, Refined flour (maida) Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 1.30-2 hour Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Quick Oats Cookies ½ cup Rolled oats 1½ cups Refined flour (maida) 5 teaspoons Butter 1 cup + 10 tablespoons Powdered sugar ½ tablespoon Vanilla essence ¾ cup Rice flour Method Preheat oven at 180°C. Cream butter and sugar in a bowl with an electric beater till light. Add vanilla essence and beat again. Sieve together the refined flour and rice flour into the bowl and continue to beat till well blended. Add oats and fold to make a stiff dough. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into cookies. Place cookies on a baking tray, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
