By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Dec 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Prawns, Tomatoes Cuisine Kerala Course Main Course Seafood Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Pukshan Odai Marina Erra Kutta 500 grams Prawns to taste Tomatoes 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon Oil 2 small Onions cut into roundels 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon Ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon Garlic paste 2 medium Tomatoes chopped Method Wash and devein the prawns. Season them with salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Heat oil in a pan and gently sauté onions until soft. Add mustard seeds, when they start to splutter add the marinated prawns. Sauté until the prawns are well cooked. Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes. Reduce heat and cook for five minutes more. Serve hot.
