Roughly chop them. Remove stems, wash and roughly chop green chillies. Whisk yogurt. Grind the mint leaves, pomegranate seeds and green chillies to a fine paste in a grinder. Transfer to a bowl, add salt, whisked yogurt, asafoetida and mix well. Serve.
