Ingredients list for Prune & Pistachio Chocolate

  • 16 Prunes
  • 200 grams Chocolate
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cream
  • 16 Pistachios,blanched and peeled

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate in the Microwave for thirty seconds to one minute. Remove and mix well. Add fresh cream and mix again. Keep mixing till it is a bit thick and smooth (ganache). Put this mixture into a piping bag and pipe it over the prunes. Decorate with a pistachio on each prune and serve.
