Potato Noodle Cutlet A simple cutlet of potatoes, noodles and coriander leaves By Sanjeev Kapoor 09 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Potatoes, Noodle Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 6 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Potato Noodle Cutlet 6 medium Potatoes boiled peeled and mashed 2 cup Noodle boiled 1/2 cup coriander leaves 1 teaspoon Refined flour (maida) 4-5 Green chilli to deep fry Oil to taste Salt Method In a bowl combine together potatoes, noodles, coriander leaves, refined flour, green chillies,salt and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them intop cutlets. Heat oil in a non stick kadai nad deep fry the cutlets till golden brown.
