Add green chillies and onions and saute till translucent. Add tomatoes, cover the pan and let it cook on low flame for two minutes.Add chips and one cup water and bring it to boil. Lower the flame and pour beaten eggs all over the chips. Sprinkle coriander leaves and cover and cook till the eggs form an omelette.
