By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Jun 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Potatoes, Processed cheese Cuisine French Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Potato Cheese Croquettes 4 medium Potatoes boiled and grated 1/2 cup Processed cheese grated 1 small Onion finely chopped 1 Green chilli finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder to taste Salt 1/2 cup Bread crumbs 1/4 cup Cornflour/ corn starch for deep-frying Oil Method Advertisment Mix together potatoes, processed cheese, onion, green chilli, red chilli powder, salt, breadcrumbs and half the cornflour in a bowl. Divide the mixture into eight equal portions and roll into balls. Flatten the balls to form croquettes. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Put the remaining cornflour in a plate. Roll the croquettes in it and deep fry, on medium heat, till golden brown in colour. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
