Roughly chop plums, add to the prunes and grind into a coarse mixture. Mix together sugar, cinnamon, cloves and plum and prune mixture in a non-stick pan. Cook for 10-12 minutes or till the mixture thickens and the plums are completely mashed. Add honey, switch off the heat and mix well. Cool and store in a glass jar.
