Ingredients list for Plum Jam

  • 12-15 medium Plums
  • 25-30 Prunes
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 inch sticks Cinnamon
  • 6-8 Cloves
  • 2-3 tablespoons Honey

Method

  1. Coarsely grind the prunes. Roughly chop plums, add to the prunes and grind into a coarse mixture.
  2. Mix together sugar, cinnamon, cloves and plum and prune mixture in a non-stick pan.
  3. Cook for 10-12 minutes or till the mixture thickens and the plums are completely mashed.
  4. Add honey, switch off the heat and mix well. Cool and store in a glass jar.
