Using a rolling pin crush a few walnuts to a coarse powder. In a mixing bowl, mix in pineapple, lettuce leaves, celery and walnut pieces. Add mayonnaise and cream. Add salt and freshly crushed pepper. Lightly toss the salad so that the dressing evenly coats the pineapple, walnut and lettuce leaves. Garnish it with coarse walnut powder and serve cold.
