Ingredients list for Pickled Eggs

  • 16 Eggs hard boiled and shelled
  • 1/2 cup Vinegar
  • 2 inch piece Ginger cut into juliennes
  • 2 teaspoons All spice powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 teaspoons Black peppercorns

Method

  1. Place the shelled eggs in a glass jar. Heat one cup water in a non-stick pan.
  2. Add black peppercorns, ginger, all spice powder, salt and vinegar and boil it for ten minutes.
  3. Pour the boiling water on the eggs and cover when cold.
  4. Cover and keep it for two days before using it
