By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Jun 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Pear, Mango Cuisine Indian Course Raitas Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Phalon Ka Raita 1 medium Pear 1 medium Mango 1 large Ripe banana 1 medium Mango 1 medium Apple 2 cups Yogurt 1/4 cup Pomegranate seeds (anardana) 6-8 leaves Fresh mint leaves, chopped 1/4 teaspoon Yellow mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds 6-8 Black peppercorns to taste Sea salt 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli flakes Method Peel pear, peach, banana and mango. If you want peel apple too. Chop all fruits into small one centimetre cubes.Whisk yogurt and add all the fruits along with half of the pomegranate pearls. Add chopped mint leaves to the raita.Dry roast mustard seeds, cumin seeds, black peppercorns and sea salt. Add red chilli flakes and crush.Add the crushed masala to raita and mix well.
