Heat ghee in a pan and add the grated pumpkin and cook on medium heat till ghee starts separating. Add green cardamom powder, saffron and milk and cook till the milk dries up. Add sugar and cook till the sugar gets dissolved. Serve hot garnished with sliced almonds.
