By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Penne pasta, White sauce Cuisine Italian Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Penne with Creamy Spinach and Corn 3 cups Penne pasta boiled 2 cups White sauce ¼ cup Milk ½ cup Spinach puree ¾ cup Corn kernels boiled ½ tablespoon Olive oil 1½ tablespoons Garlic finely chopped 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes to taste Salt 2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese powder for garnishing A fresh parsley sprig Method Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté for a minute. Add ½ teaspoon of chilli flakes and mix. Add white sauce and mix. Add salt and mix. Add pasta, spinach puree and corn kernels and mix well. Add milk, mix well and cook on low heat for two minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese powder, remaining chilli flakes, garnish with parsley sprig and serve hot.
