This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Spaghetti, Peanut butter Cuisine Italian Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet and Sour Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Peanut Sesame Spaghetti 200 grams Spaghetti 1/4 cup Peanut butter 2 tablespoons White sesame seeds 1 Red chilli 1 tablespoon Ginger chopped 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped 1 1/2 tablespoons Malt vinegar 1 teaspoon Soy sauce 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Oil 3 medium Onions 1 medium Green capsicum 1 medium Red capsicum to taste Crushed black peppercorns 3 tablespoons Sesame oil (til oil) 1/4 teaspoon Crushed red chillies 3 tablespoons Honey Method Advertisment Heat sufficient water in a deep non stick pan, place a silicon colander in it and put the spaghetti in it. Cover and cook. Put fresh red chilli, ginger, garlic, sesame seeds, peanut butter, 1 tbsp malt vinegar, soy sauce, pepper powder and salt in a mixer jar. Add 4 tsps hot water and grind till smooth. Heat oil in a non stick wok. Halve onions and slice them horizontally and add to the wok and saute. Cut thin strips of green and red capsicums. Add salt to the spaghetti. Add both capsicums to the wok and toss. Add salt, freshly crushed black peppercorns and toss. Cook for 1 minute. Put the peanut butter in a bowl. Drain the spaghetti and add to the bowl. Add 3 tsps sesame oil, cooked vegetables, little salt, crushed red chillies, honey, remaining malt vinegar and toss well. Transfer into a serving bowl, drizzle a little sesame oil and serve immediately.
