Mix well and set aside for 5-10 minutes. Heat sufficient oil in non stick pan. Place breadcrumbs in bowl. Break eggs in another bowl and whisk well. Roll each piece of chicken in breadcrumbs, dip in whisked eggs and deep fry till golden.
