Ingredients list for Paneer Naal Mirchaan Da Salad

  • 200 grams Paneer cut into thick strips
  • 1 medium Green Capsicum
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 2 medium Onions
  • 4-5 Black peppercorns crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
  • 1 Green chilli finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon to sprinkle Chaat masala
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/2 Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt
  • for greasing Oil

Method

  1. Roast green capsicum, tomato and onion on a sigdi. Apply little oil at regular intervals.
  2. Similarly, roast the thick paneer slices.
  3. Cut green capsicum, tomato, onions and paneer into big pieces and mix them in a bowl.
  4. Add crushed black peppercorns, red chilli flakes, green chilli, chaat masala, coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt and mix well.
  5. Transfer into a serving plate, sprinkle some chaat masala and serve.
