Cut paneer into big cubes. Add cumin seeds, onion, broken red chillies, capsicum, broccoli to the pan and saute. Cut tomatoes into big pieces, put into a mixer jar. Add garlic and grind. Add this to the pan. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix.Add pineapple, tomato strips, paneer cubes, salt, garam masala powder and juice of 1 lemon. Mix with a light hand. Tear some coriander leaves and add and toss.Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
