Ingredients list for Paneer And Lemon Grass Soup

  • 200 grams Cottage Cheese cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 1 inches lemon Grass chopped
  • 3 teaspoons Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 4-5 cloves Vegetable stock
  • 1 Fresh red chilli sliced
  • to taste Salt
  • a pinch MSG
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2-3 stalks Spring onion greens sliced

  1. Heat oil in a wok; add garlic and sauté over medium heat for half a minute. Add lemongrass and continue to sauté for half a minute. Add vegetable stock and bring to a boil.
  2. Lower heat, add red chilli, salt and MSG and simmer, uncovered, for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the paneer and lemon juice, stir and continue to simmer for one minute.
  3. Ladle soup into individual serving bowls, garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
